How long will my baked goods stay fresh?
Our cakes and brownies are best enjoyed within 3-5 days of delivery. For maximum freshness, store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place or the refrigerator.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship our treats across the country using tracked overnight delivery to ensure they arrive as fresh as possible from our oven to your door.
Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
While we offer some recipes without nuts or gluten, all our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
As our items are made-to-order, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Once an order has entered the baking process, it cannot be modified.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
